Representatives from Industry Leading Serviced apartment providers gained knowledge sharing experiences within their own industry regarding Digital Marketing, from a wide-ranging discussion held by The ASAP in November 2016. James Wright, Fruitful Marketing’s MD, shared his expertise and displayed his experience successfully throughout the discussion, providing businesses such as House of Fisher, Check-in-London, London Serviced Apartments and Citystay Ltd with direction to upholding positive Digital Marketing techniques.

The discussion consisted of each business giving details of Digital Marketing challenges or successes they had previously or were currently experiencing. They gave a 3 to 5-minute synopsis of these and then James gave immediate answers and solutions to the group, along with recommendations. Subjects included:

This was a fantastic way to listen to other businesses problems and how to prevent these from happening in the future, as well as apply effective techniques to improve.

It was suggested by members that rather that generating bookings through social media, this was the way to successfully build trust with clients. As well as this, subjects including websites generated a lot discussion, with James advising it was crucial to have a fully optimised mobile website, on top of a fully mobile optimised booking tool. From this discussion, businesses who attended were able to get an insight into important information regarding Digital Marketing, by learning from others and how to overcome any challenges.
